Build a proprietary system and grow your business exponentially
A proprietary system is what it really takes to grow your business exponentially… let’s talk about it.
You might be aiming for multiple six figures, a seven-figure business—or even beyond. And if that feels like a far-off dream right now, I want to assure you: it’s much simpler than you think.
The secret? It all comes down to one powerful concept: your proprietary system.
Watch this:
Build a proprietary system and grow your business exponentially
One of the first things we teach our members—whether they’re looking to reach their first six figures or scale to a million—is how to create a proprietary system. This is the game-changer. And yet, most business owners don’t even realize they already have the foundation of one.
A proprietary system is simply a way you get consistent results for your clients, in a predictable and repeatable way. You may not have formalized it yet, but chances are, you’re already doing it intuitively.
When you start documenting and structuring it, that’s when things take off.
Let me explain how this worked for me.
My First Proprietary System (Before I Even Knew What It Was)
Back in my first business—as a holistic nutritionist—I started noticing a pattern. Nearly every client who came to me wanted similar results: weight loss, better energy, healing from chronic issues.
And I found myself offering the same recommendations over and over again: reduce sugar, cut back on processed foods, eat more greens...
Eventually, I realized, “Wait a second… I’m giving the same advice, in the same order, to everyone!”
So, I turned it into a system. And once I did, I was able to serve more people without repeating myself endlessly. It brought consistency to my work and clarity to my clients—and it freed up my time.
The same thing happened when I became a business coach. I began noticing that every client needed the same fundamental pieces: more clarity, more systems, a supportive team, a scalable business model, and a way to leverage their intellectual property.
So, once again, I created a proprietary system. This time, I was much more intentional about it—and the impact was exponential.
How a Proprietary System Unlocks Leverage
Here’s the truth: you can only grow so much doing one-to-one work. There’s a ceiling on your time and your energy. But when you start leveraging your proprietary system, everything changes.
At first, I went from working with just a handful of one-on-one clients to serving 12 people at the same time. Then it became 36. Then 350. Then thousands—and it’s all because of the system I created.
A proprietary system allows you to move from trading time for money to serving one-to-many. That’s how you grow your income without burning out. That’s how you create more impact and more freedom.
And here’s what I want you to know: there’s nothing wrong with you if you’ve felt stuck. You’re not lazy or disorganized. You’ve just been trying to do too much, too manually.
There’s a better way—and it starts with documenting the magic you already do naturally.
How to Start Creating Your Own Proprietary System
If you’re wondering where to begin, start by looking at your process. What are the steps you walk every client through, almost without thinking? What do you find yourself repeating?
Write it down. Give it a name. Organize it into phases or pillars.
And then? Start using it consistently. You’ll immediately start showing up more confidently, clients will feel more secure, and everything in your business will become easier to scale.
This is what we teach our members. And the results speak for themselves: many are working with 10x the clients, earning double the income, and working half the time—all by building and leveraging their proprietary system.
So my gentle nudge to you today is this: take the first step. You don’t have to overhaul your entire business overnight. But if you want to grow, sustainably and joyfully, then creating your own proprietary system is the smartest move you can make.
You’ve already got what it takes. Let’s turn that brilliance into something scalable.
